IndyMac Foreclosures
June 9, 2010 by christine
This is the Loan Sale Agreement between the FDIC and OneWest. I have several audit clients who are being sued for foreclosure where the lawsuit is being brought by IndyMac. It’s so timely that Matt Weidner shared this document because I’m about to send off an audit report to a client in Florida and I can now share this information.
Matt’s conclusion was that foreclosures can’t be brought in IndyMac’s name anymore, anywhere in the United States because of this agreement. I agree.
