		<description>If you&#039;re not in a deficiency state then generally a deficiency wouldn&#039;t be an issue. I agree that deeding it back would be a cheap alternative, and probably funny too...watching the bank foreclose on itself is something I&#039;d like to see.</description>

But how would a deficiency be sued for (in theory) if said state isn&#039;t one?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;OK, maybe the taxes on the IRS bill...but numbers-wise I&#039;d bet in the end that would be the least costly alternative.</description>
