I think your videos and information are on point. I am a homeowner who as been fighting for my home since 2006. I have been a litigation secretary for 20 years and I am now a paralegal. I at one time hired an attorney who claimed to be a real estate specialist. In a nutshell, she had no case law to support my case, she depended on me to do my own research, she tried to force me to settle the case for a ridiculous amount of money which would benefit the banks, and leave me homeless. I fired her ass. I believe the banks were paying her. In all my years working with attorneys, I have never experienced such outrageous and ridiculous behavior by an attorney. I did report her to the state bar and as you suggested, nothing happened – even after I sent my complaint to the attorneys of the State Bar court, who simply referred it back to the idiot who did nothing in the first place. Currently I am still in my home, not in foreclosure and still fighting for clear title against New Century in Delaware. I have had to fight other “servicing companies” like Ocwen and GreenTree. I don't understand the entire securitization process, but I am certain there is some in play here. I put a lis pendens on my house and no lender is a beneficiary on my homeowners insurance. I hope to wrap this all up soon. Your information is helpful and insightful. Thank you very much.
Thanks Leslie! I applaud you for taking a stand. I think it's going to get easier to fight back.
