This is Why We Write This Blog
December 6, 2009 by christine
Last week I received a package of mortgage documents from a homeowner named Jimmy in New Orleans, Louisiana. Like so many of you, Jimmy was looking for help with his loan and didn’t know who to trust.
I find the use of social media (blogging, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to be magical at times. I’m constantly amazed and humbled when individuals like Jimmy to read my blog, watch my videos or hear me on the radio and then pick up the phone to ask me for help.
So, with Jimmy’s permission, I’m sharing the note I received from him with our readers:

You see, it’s not about the money — although I run a business, need to keep a roof over my head and pay my expanding staff — it’s about helping people.
I appreciate the opportunity to be of service to others using my unique abilities. Thank you for reading and being such an amazing reflection of that commitment.
