Circuit City files For Bankruptcy Protection

Circuit City files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. Circuit City is behind on payments to its vendors and therefore some vendors have threatened to with hold shipment of goods until they are paid. The Bankruptcy was a move to keep the stores open, at least through the holidays.
